Stuffed Hot Banana and Jalapeno Peppers

This summer our garden produced quiet a harvest of Hungarian hot banana peppers and jalapeno peppers. We decided to stuff them. The recipe for the stuffing is bellow the video.

The Stuffing for Peppers

1 pack of cream cheese (8oz)

1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese

1 cup of cheddar cheese

1/2 cup of salsa

2 tspn of lime juice

1/2 tspn of slat

1/2 tspn of granulated garlic

Black pepper to taste

About a dozen of hot banana or jalapeno peppers, cut in half lengthwise with seeds and membranes removed.
