While it is easy to pick up the pumpkin pura in the store, it is far more fan to make your pumpkin pies from the scratch. In the past I mostly used cheese pumpkins, because it has very nice taste without overpowering your taste-buds. This year I have decided to experiment a little. And how you could resist not to?!!! Going to a local farm market I was faced with a difficult choice- which pumpkin should I choose:

After looking around, I have decided to pick Cotton Candy, Jarrahdale, Cinderella pumpkins so I can compare them to the pies I usually make from Cheese Pumpkins:
