Pumpkins For Pumpkin Pies. Which One Is Your Favorite?

I love to bake pumpkin pies. While it is easy to pick up the pumpkin pura in the store, it is far more fan to make your pumpkin pies from the scratch. In the past I mostly used cheese pumpkins, because it has very nice taste without overpowering your taste-buds. This year I have decided to experiment a little. And how you could resist not to?!!! Going to a local farm market I was faced with a difficult choice- which pumpkin should I choose:

After looking around, I have decided to pick Cotton Candy, Jarrahdale, Cinderella pumpkins so I can compare them to the pies I usually make from Cheese Pumpkins:

In the upcoming posts I will write about each pie I made. But for now I would like to know which one is your favorite pumpkin?
